January 22nd

We hit a bank vault door on Capital Hill. In the back of this bar is an old fashion telephone next to the vault door, we approach the phone and see a set of rules posted. We pick up the phone and a lady answers and asks a serious of questions. We put our name on the list. When we are allowed in the vault door, there is a staircase that leads to a second floor and a 1920's speakeasy. Maximum capacity is 23 people and the scene is very relaxed. All the drinks are made by hand and involve fresh fruit. No standing at the bar is allowed and you must speak in a quiet voice as one of the rules. I highly recommend this place. However I can't tell you what the place is called. Sorry.
